Ulendo already had ambitious technology; my work made it easier to understand and use. I reorganized dense travel, social, identity, and payment features into clearer journeys, then rebuilt the interface details that guide travelers, drivers, hosts, and local guides through each task.
UI/UX rebuildObjectives
- 01Reengineered the product UI and information architecture across Explore, Guides, Rides, Stays, Reviews, Social, Wallet, Trip Planner, and Profile experiences.
- 02Simplified navigation, deep-linking, back behaviour, and responsive layouts so users could move through a large feature set without losing context.
- 03Improved onboarding, guide listings, ride requests, and stay-booking journeys with clearer direction, progressive forms, saved drafts, and stronger feedback states.
- 04Refined profiles, dashboards, maps, modals, empty states, and mobile interactions while preserving Ulendo's Nostr identity and Lightning payment capabilities.
